Each piece is handcrafted using intentionally chosen materials — genuine gemstone beads, gold-filled or sterling silver clasps and rings. Every necklace is finished with hardware that's built to last. We don't do cheap. We do considered.

Short answer: We'd rather you didn't. Our materials are tough, but prolonged exposure to salt water, chlorine can affect cords and findings over time. Throw it on for the day, take it off before you dive in. It'll thank you for it.

Keep it somewhere it won't get tangled or crushed — the case it came in, a small pouch or bowl works perfectly. Wipe it down with a dry soft cloth if it needs a refresh. Avoid leaving it sitting in direct sunlight for long periods. Treat it well, and it'll last.

Yes. The United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. Everything ships tracked.

To the UK and Australia it's $25 standard, which usually takes 2 to 3 weeks, or $45 express, which is closer to 3 to 5 business days. Canada is $15 standard or $45 express. US orders are calculated at checkout and free over $200.

We'd like to go wider than four countries. If you're somewhere we don't reach yet, tell us and we'll factor it in.

You do, on delivery. Import duties, taxes and customs charges aren't included in what you pay us. Your country sets them, not us, and we have no way to collect them upfront.

That's the honest answer rather than the comfortable one. Worth factoring in before you order.

Yes, as long as it wasn't bought on sale. Reach out within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll sort it. Items need to be unworn and in original condition. Drop us a line at hello@iamendless.co and we'll take it from there.

Yes. Anything bought at a discount or with a promo code is Final Sale, so it can't be returned or exchanged.

If it arrives damaged, or we've sent you the wrong thing, that's on us. Email hello@iamendless.co within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you.
