Each piece is handcrafted using intentionally chosen materials — genuine gemstone beads, gold-filled or sterling silver clasps and rings. Every necklace is finished with hardware that's built to last. We don't do cheap. We do considered.

Short answer: We'd rather you didn't. Our materials are tough, but prolonged exposure to salt water, chlorine can affect cords and findings over time. Throw it on for the day, take it off before you dive in. It'll thank you for it.

Yes. If it's not right for you, reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll sort it. Items need to be unworn and in original condition. Drop us a line athello@iamendless.coand we'll take it from there.

Keep it somewhere it won't get tangled or crushed — the case it came in, a small pouch or bowl works perfectly. Wipe it down with a dry soft cloth if it needs a refresh. Avoid leaving it sitting in direct sunlight for long periods. Treat it well, and it'll last.
