I AM ENDLESS CO ("I AM ENDLESS," "we," "us," or "our") operates iamendless.co (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you visit our Site or make a purchase. By using our Site, you consent to the practices described here.

This policy covers our US domestic store. We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Ask us to correct any inaccurate data that may have contributed to it

7. Data Retention

  • Order & Transaction Data: Retained for a minimum of 7 years for tax, accounting, and legal compliance purposes.

  • Marketing Preferences: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

  • Account Information: Retained while your account is active or until you request deletion.

  • Support Communications: Retained for up to 3 years to help us resolve future enquiries.


If you request deletion of your data, we will delete or anonymise it unless retention is required by law.
