Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the I AM ENDLESS website (iamendless.co) or purchasing our products. By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of I AM ENDLESS CO, a US-based company.


1. About I AM ENDLESS

I AM ENDLESS CO designs and sells handcrafted sunglass chains and accessories, including gemstone beaded chains, recycled paracord chains, and card cases. Our products are artisanal and handmade.

Because our products are crafted by hand using natural gemstones and recycled materials:

  • Minor variations in colour, texture, bead size, and pattern are natural and expected. No two pieces are exactly alike.

  • Product photographs are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly from the actual item due to screen calibration and natural material variation.

  • These natural variations are not considered defects.


2. Orders & Payment

A. Placing an Order

When you place an order on our Site, you are making an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.


B. Payment

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, and other payment methods presented at checkout.

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments / Stripe, which are PCI DSS compliant. We do not store your full payment card details.

  • By providing payment information, you confirm that you are the authorised holder of that payment method.

  • Sales tax will be applied where required by applicable law.


C. Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. Please check this for accuracy. If you notice an error, contact us at hello@iamendless.co as soon as possible.


D. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing hello@iamendless.co with your order number. Once an order has been prepared for shipment, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be returned under our Returns Policy.


3. Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

  • Product availability is subject to change. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for that item.

  • We are not responsible for typographical errors in product descriptions or prices.


4. Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout. These are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • I AM ENDLESS is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, natural disasters, postal disruptions, or other factors outside our control.

  • Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please read our Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of our Returns Policy.


6. Product Quality & Aftercare

Our products are handcrafted with care and we stand behind the quality of every piece we make. If a product arrives damaged or defective, we will repair, replace, or refund it at our discretion — please refer to our Returns Policy for the process.

Except as expressly stated here, our products are provided without warranty. Normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or changes to natural materials over time are not covered.


Free Lifetime Re-Stringing Service

Our beaded gemstone chains are strung on natural silk cord — a traditional and beautiful material that can naturally soften and loosen over time with regular wear. This is not a defect; it is the nature of working with natural materials.

As part of our commitment to quality and sustainability, we offer free lifetime re-stringing for all I AM ENDLESS beaded gemstone chains:

  • Re-stringing is available for any I AM ENDLESS beaded chain, regardless of when it was purchased

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the chain to us

  • We cover the cost of returning the re-strung chain to you

  • Re-stringing is carried out by hand and typically completed within [7] business days of receiving your item

  • This service covers re-stringing due to normal wear only — chains damaged through misuse, loss of beads, or other damage are handled under our Returns Policy

To request re-stringing, email hello@iamendless.co with the subject "Re-Stringing Request" and your original order number. Full instructions will be provided in our response.


7. Intellectual Property

All content on the I AM ENDLESS website — including but not limited to our brand name, logo, product designs, photography, text, graphics, and marketing materials — is owned by or licensed to I AM ENDLESS CO and is protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.


You may not, without our prior written permission:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from our Site

  • Use our brand name, logo, or images in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation

  • Create derivative works based on our products, designs, or content

  • Use our content for commercial purposes


Personal, non-commercial use of our Site content is permitted provided you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices.


8. User Conduct

When using our Site, you agree not to:

  • Use our Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems, servers, or data

  • Submit false, misleading, or defamatory reviews or content

  • You grant I AM ENDLESS CO a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content

  • You confirm that the content is your own and does not infringe any third-party rights

  • You confirm that the content is truthful and not misleading

We reserve the right to remove any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.


10. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, I AM ENDLESS CO PROVIDES OUR WEBSITE AND PRODUCTS "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) OUR WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES; (B) THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USE OF OUR SITE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; OR (C) ANY ERRORS ON OUR SITE WILL BE CORRECTED.


11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, I AM ENDLESS CO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.


12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless I AM ENDLESS CO and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of our Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law; or (d) your infringement of any third-party rights.


13. Third-Party Services

Our Site is built on Shopify's platform and uses third-party services including payment processors, shipping carriers, and analytics tools. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties beyond what is required by applicable law.


14. Use of Artificial Intelligence

I AM ENDLESS uses AI-powered tools to help operate our business. We are committed to being fully transparent about how and where AI is used, and we believe in keeping a human at the centre of every customer interaction and business decision.


How We Use AI

  • Internal Business Operations: We use AI tools to assist with tasks such as managing orders, drafting internal communications, planning inventory, and improving our products and processes. These tools process operational data and may include data relating to your orders.

  • Website Development: We use AI coding tools to assist in building and maintaining our website. These tools help us develop and improve the Site's functionality.

  • Photo Enhancement & Editing: We use AI-assisted tools to colour-correct, retouch, and enhance product photography. Our goal is always to represent our products as accurately as possible. Finished images are reviewed by our team to ensure they faithfully reflect the actual product.

  • Visual & Creative Assets: AI tools may assist in the creation of certain graphic and visual assets used in our marketing and branding. All AI-assisted creative work is directed, reviewed, and approved by a human member of our team before use.

  • Fraud Detection (via Shopify): Shopify's platform uses automated systems, including AI, to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions. These systems may affect whether a transaction is approved or flagged.

  • Analytics: AI tools may be used to analyse aggregated, anonymised data about how customers use our Site, to help us improve the experience.


What We Do Not Do

  • We do not use AI to make final decisions about returns, refunds, or customer service matters without a human member of our team reviewing the situation.

  • We do not use automated chatbots or AI to respond to customers. All communications from I AM ENDLESS are written and sent by a real person.

  • We do not use AI to fabricate, generate, or post customer reviews, testimonials, or ratings. Every review on our Site is from a genuine customer. Fake reviews are deceptive, undermine consumer trust, and violate FTC regulations — we have zero tolerance for this practice.

  • We do not use AI to misrepresent our products. All product photography and imagery, including AI-enhanced images, is intended to accurately represent the item you will receive.


Your Rights

If an automated system (such as Shopify's fraud detection) makes a decision that significantly affects your ability to purchase from us, you may contact us at hello@iamendless.co to request human review. We will review the situation and respond within 3 business days.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
